Basil Ale, Batch One
Description: This unique ale has a clean, sweet pale amber body combined with a strong basil aroma, and basil flavor presence. We used fresh Organic basil from Wintergreen Farm of Noti, Oregon for this summer treat.
Malts: Great Western Organic Two row and Crystal Malts. (Malted in Vancouver,WA)
Hops and Basil: Plough Monday Organic Fuggle Hops (Elmira, OR) and Wintergreen Farm Basil (Noti, OR)
Yeast: Wyeast 1056, American Ale (Hood River, OR)
